Swipe Series, a YA apocalyptic dystopian. I’ll admit, I rarely read the
author’s note—I generally like to dive right into the story—but the opening
sentence of Evan Angler’s note gripped my attention and set the stage for the
rest of the book.
life has fallen apart. The world he believed in has crumbled and he is on the
run with DOME at his heels. He dreams of finding his sister, Lily, and rescuing
her from what can only be a living death. To accomplish this, Logan is forced
to team up with those that he once considered enemies—the Dust, Peck, even Erin
substantial to me. I was intrigued by all of the plot twists and enjoyed watching
as questions are answered and still more mysteries are uncovered.
as I would have wished with the characters. They were just that—characters—not people
that I felt I had grown to truly know and love. While I could sympathize with
their predicaments and hope that they could accomplish their goals, I did not care about them as much as I would have
and look forward to reading book three when it is available!
