I’ve been reeling since Out of Darkness Rising came out yesterday. I am just that excited for the chance to share this story with you. This moment has been a grand total of five years in the making. The first four years dragged on like a horse slogging through knee-deep mud, but the past twelve months have been so intense, hectic, and action-packed, that this day was nearly lost in the middle of it. So I am forcing myself to slow down and step back to enjoy this moment.

I read your post several times, and I couldn't find if international winners are allowed—I live in New Zealand, and I'm well aware that many giveaways don't do international winners because of postage costs. I'm guessing the terms and conditions were accidentally omitted, but I wouldn't mind being wrong.
